A roach refers to the tip of a joint, blunt or spliff that is left over after smoking. Instead of disposing them, some smokers preserve them and roll the remaining weed in a different joint later on. A roach clip can be used to safely hold the end of the joint so as not to burn the fingers. A roach is considered to have the most resin and more strength than the rest of the joint because the THC smoke passes through and settles on it with each intake.
