Sativa plants are tall with long, narrow leaves and loosely attached branches. Sativa is a native to the temperate warm climates of Mexico, Central America, and Southeast Asia. It is usually grown outdoors due to its tall stature, going to heights of up to 18 feet. Since its vegetation period is much longer, these plants typically produce a much higher yield than Indica strains. The plant has lower THC to CBD levels, explaining its stimulating properties characterized by uplifting, euphoric and cerebral highs.
